Welcome to my website. I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Hackney and Borough / London Bridge. I also offer this service Online as an alternative to attending face-to-face. I’m a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and I offer short and long-term therapy to adults on an individual basis.
People come to counselling and psychotherapy for a variety of reasons, at different levels of distress or crisis. Psychotherapy offers an opportunity for you to talk to someone in a confidential, non-judgemental setting, giving you the time and space to explore your thoughts and feelings and look at ways to focus on a way forward.
Counselling and psychotherapy works to enhance self knowledge and increase your resources and choices in life. I work with individuals on an open-ended or an agreed time frame. Our aim is to work together to find solutions to past and present difficulties that may be causing you unhappiness. By exploring your thoughts and feelings we look at ways for you to move forward with your life.
