What is Counselling?
Counselling is a journey of personal exploration, examining issues that are causing you difficulty in your life and relationships. Counselling provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to talk about these issues and difficulties.
As a therapist I will work with you to help identify the roots of your particular difficulty. Increasing your self-awareness of these issues can help enable you to move on and flourish in your life.
