If I am unable to answer your call please do leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. This phone number is a private number and I am the only person who is able to access messages left.
If you feel you are in crisis and need immediate support, the Samaritans provide telephone and e-mail support 24 hours a day 365 days per year. Your GP, local Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) or A&E department are other points of contact in case of an emergency situation relating to mental health.
